University of Maryland, Baltimore County is seeking qualified applicants for a Women’s Basketball Graduate Assistant position, 10-month appointment, averaging 40 hours per week, within our Women’s Basketball program. Compensation for this position is commensurate with qualifications and experience. Duties include, but are not limited to: Assist Head & Assistant Coaches in all day-to-day operations of the Women’s Basketball program, on the court training and skill instruction, scouting and coordinate on-campus visits. Adhere to all NCAA, AEC and UMBC affiliated bylaws set forth by the governing bodies. Understand and adhere to the UMBC Athletic Department Manual that outlines general staff conduct. Other duties as assigned required.
