The Head Baseball Coach serves as the chief administrator for the Lincoln University baseball program. They are also responsible for the administration of all baseball activities ensuring the University maintains compliance with all federal, state, and institutional guidelines and policies. Oversees practice/training sessions, mental/skill development of student-athletes/match day activities. Collaborates with administration to promote fiscal responsibility crafting and monitoring budget including team/staff travel, equipment, recruiting, foundation account, and scholarship expenditures.
