Position Summary Under the general direction of the Executive Associate Athletic Director of Business Administration, the incumbent serves as a liaison between Athletics and the Center for Human Resources. Incumbent is responsible for assisting department staff on Human Resources policies and procedures, recruitment, compensation, performance management and employee relations. Work often involves confidential information or sensitive situations that require discretion and the exercise of sound judgement. Interacts with internal and external constituents and all levels of the organization.
