Under the direction of the Deputy Athletics Director, External Affairs and Resource Development, serve as the Director of Campus Ticketing with the primary responsibility to plan, organize, and supervise the back-end operations of the Campus Ticket Office. This includes customer service philosophy and execution. Design and implement a customer service philosophy and training program across all ticket and operations staff. Provides supervision, guidance and direction to other Sales Specialists, and Ticket Operations Staff.
