Position Overview A MYS/VA Union Team Coach is responsible for the organization, development, and leadership of their assigned team in support of the mission and core values of McLean Youth Soccer. This includes establishing a competitive season schedule; coordinating practice planning, skill development, and designing strategies which prepare teams for competition; mentoring players to foster athletic, academic, emotional, and social growth; recruiting and retaining top prospective players; management of team volunteers; adherence to club and league rules and regulations.
