Assistant Women's Volleyball Coach
The assistant coach is responsible for supporting the head coach in all phases of a competitive Division III program including, but not limited to, practice and game preparation, recruiting, academic supervision and adherence to the rules of the NCAA, Empire 8, and Alfred University. The candidate must be committed to the student-athlete’s academic, personal, and athletic growth and development and demonstrate the ability to successfully recruit and motivate Division III student-athletes. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, coaching experience; strong communication and interpersonal skills; a record of integrity and leadership; and a commitment to the academic success and graduation of student-athletes.
