The head strength and conditioning coach reports to the Assistant Athletic Director for Sports Medicine and will be responsible for all aspects of design, development, implementation, monitoring and assessment of strength and conditioning programs for approximately 400 student-athletes competing in 21 intercollegiate programs (work in collaboration and partnership with football) at the NCAA Division II level. The Head Coach will work cooperatively with coaching and athletic training staff to develop team and individualized programs in a positive and motivating environment.
