The Head Coach is a full-time 10-month position responsible for leading all aspects of a NCAA Women's Wrestling program. Women's Wrestling is being added as a varsity sport with an anticipated competition schedule beginning as soon as 2023-24. The head coach will be responsible for the recruitment of prospective student-athletes, student-athlete development, competition preparation and strategy, supervision of assistant coaches, scheduling, alumni and public relations, fundraising, adherence to NCAA rules and regulations, and general administrative duties.
