The mission of the OSU Department of Athletics is to Go Build Excellent, Authentic, Visionary Student-Athletes (GO B.E.A.V.S.). The Head Coach provides leadership, vision, and strategic plan for OSU Women’s Volleyball Program. The Head Coach manages all aspects of an intercollegiate athletic team, which includes and is not limited to: the management of academic success, budget management, recruiting, teaching/coaching volleyball skills, planning and execution of workouts, scheduling opponents, equipment ordering, travel planning, fundraising, and maintaining program integrity with respect to NCAA, PAC-12, OUS, and OSU rules and regulations.
