Assistant Director of Marketing and Fan Experience
The Assistant Director of Marketing and Fan Experience will oversee aspects of the Athletic Marketing and Fan Experience Department. As well as develop and executes creative, innovative marketing plans that maximize revenue, brand profile, attendance, and fan experience to create a home field/court advantage. This position will have an active and direct role in the development and implementation of the strategic direction and creative standards for the unit. Will participate in strategic planning. Assesses department functions for effectiveness. Acts as a liaison with internal and external clients. Primary objectives of the Tennessee Marketing and Fan Experience Office are: 1. Generate revenue to assist in the growth and operations of the Tennessee Athletic Department
