Position Summary - Alma College is a member of the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) and the NCAA Division Ill. The position will assist with all daily aspects of the sport and will participate as an active member of the Athletics Department. Position Duration — 12-month full-time position Supervision Received— This position reports to the Head Track and Field Coach. Essential Functions: Coaching and training Alma College student-athletes, developing and conducting workout schedules. Commit to and is responsible for adhering to all rules and regulations set forth for the team, College, the MIAA, and the NCAA with the utmost integrity. Work closely with fellow coaches to develop recruiting strategies and a pool of admissible prospects.
