The mission of the OSU Department of Athletics is to Go Build Excellent, Authentic, Visionary Student-Athletes (GO B.E.A.V.S.). The Assistant Director of Ticket Operations is responsible for, and will be the primary manager and the point of contact for Women’s Basketball, Wrestling, and other Olympic sports and special events as needed. Responsibilities include event creation, presentation, and maintenance of e.venue, pre-event sales, game-day sales preparation, ticket operations at events and post-event reconciliation. This position will be responsible for handling cash and credit card charges for deposit. Additionally, this position will assist with ticket operations for Football and will supervise the will call booth on game days. Position is expected to have the ability to upsell
