As a member of the Athletic department’s administrative team, the Director of Athletics Faculty and Staff Affairs is responsible for the daily administration, implementation, consultancy and facilitation of human resources processes for all the faculty and staff within the athletic department along with assisting with other internal affairs within the athletic department, including internal operations, reporting, communications, FOIA coordination and adherence to Federal, State, University, NCAA, MAC, and department controls, policies, and procedures.
