The graduate assistant coach for women’s lacrosse is responsible for assisting the head coach with the facilitation of all aspects that are associated with running a collegiate lacrosse program. The graduate assistant coach for women’s lacrosse will recruit student-athletes and will assist with the managing of student-workers. In addition, the graduate assistant for women’s lacrosse will assist the head coach by planning, implementing, and evaluating the performance of student-athletes on and off the lacrosse field.
