Assistant Director - Development, Ticketing & Strategic Revenue
Responsible for the overall direction, management and supervision of the Athletics Ticket Office including the allocated budget and the full and part-time employees, interns, and student assistants. Position places emphasis on selling premium seats and hospitality. Position assists the Marketing team in managing season ticket campaigns, single game sales, and group sales. Receives and disperses funds, maintains records and prepares financial reports. Manages Ticket promotions, sales, seat assignments, returns, and ticket audits. Oversees distribution of tickets to external outlets and contract vendors. Receives and records incoming revenues. Makes deposits and prepares materials for disbursement.
