Job Function: Responsible for a significant part of the NCAA’s general accounting, fixed assets, and a critical backup to accounts payable and expense reports. Job Responsibilities Responsible for the following general accounting areas: Prepare monthly allocations. Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations. Manage fixed asset capitalizations, depreciation, and reconciliations. Prepare audit workpapers as assigned. Expense Reports. Back-up review and approval of expense reports. Provide customer service on expense report preparation to business users. Provide support and back-up to Accounts Payable. Back-up payables processing. Assist in preparation of annual 1099-NEC filing. Maintain sales tax exemptions. Perform special projects as assigned.
