Manages all aspects of competitive programming for boys participants. Responsible for day-to-day logistics and management of all programming that serves our boys players. Reports directly to the Technical Director. Primary Responsibilities: Recruit and retain players such that our boys’ programs are full and the experience that players and families have is positive and robust. Cultivate and manage relationships with our club coaches, surrounding high schools, clubs, and other entities that would bring players to the club and/or would create diverse player pathways for boys who play competitivey in all age-groups and levels.
