General Responsibilities: The responsibilities of the Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach are to conduct all aspects of the women’s program within the philosophy and guidelines set forth by Alderson Broaddus University, the NCAA, and the Mountain East Conference. The expectations of the assistant women’s basketball coach include but are not limited to: commitment to the mission of Alderson Broaddus University, meeting the established recruiting goals of the athletic department, conducting practices and meetings, assisting with budget oversight, travel planning, fundraising, and completion of any duties assigned by the Head Women’s Basketball Coach and the Director of Athletics.
