The Head Women’s Cross Country and Track and Field Coach is a 12-month position working in the Department of Athletics. This position is responsible for supporting and coordinating all aspects of the cross country and track and field teams, providing significant contributions to the development of student athletes through mentorship, guidance, leadership opportunities, community building, and a commitment to social justice. This position is also responsible for the administration of all phases of varsity intercollegiate athletics with guidelines from Bates College, the NCAA, and NESCAC including, compliance, scheduling competitions, travel planning, data management, practice scheduling, and roster management.
