*Provide direction, supervision and management for the internal operations of the Athletic Department, including personnel management, facilities, athletic support services, budgeting and event management consistent with the philosophy of the institution, NCAA and NSIC. *Coordinate with the Director of Athletics in the supervision of administrative, coaching and support staff, recommendations relative to appointments, retention, promotions, salary, leave requests and other necessary personnel actions. *Initiate and coordinate the planning and policies necessary to achieve compliance with gender-equity and Title IX.
