APPOINTMENT: Immediately RESPONSIBILITIES: The head cross country and track & field coach is responsible for all aspects in leading a competitive NCAA Division I men's and women's cross country and track & field program to include, but not limited to: coaching (practice and competition), recruiting, fundraising, student-athlete development, scheduling, hiring and managing staff. The successful candidate must be fully committed to all NCAA, The Summit League, and Western Illinois University Athletics Department policies and procedures, and will be expected to work cooperatively with all constituencies and campus units.
