•Managing championship and regular season broadcasts throughout the country •Producing new content and creation of highlight videos •Producing commercials and educational content •Supervising interns

Requirements

•    Live broadcast and technical director experience essential 
•    Background in video editing is critical 
•    Must possess strong integrity, responsibility, and honesty as core characteristics
•    Sense of humor and ability to get along with others is extremely important
•    Must be capable of working independently without daily direction
•    Knowledge of water polo not required

About Collegiate Water Polo Association

The CWPA is the largest water polo conference in the country with over 260 teams throughout the United States. The office and studio are located in Bridgeport, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Philadelphia. Staff includes the Commissioner, Coordinator of Officials, Director of Communications, Director of Membership Services, Event Management Staff, and various interns.
