The Head Lacrosse Coach is a full-time 10 month position responsible for running all phases of an NCAA Division II lacrosse program including recruiting, retention, player training and development and other duties as assigned by the VP of Intercollegiate Athletics. The position will begin in August 2026. Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for the daily operations of both the women’s lacrosse program. Analyze performance and instruct athletes in practice and matches. Organized and responsible for all clerical duties as assigned in a timely manner. Assist with all phases of competitive NCAA compliant recruiting. Build and sustain positive relationships with student-athletes, parents, alumni, faculty, staff, and the campus community. Complete other duties as assigned by the VP
