Director of Men’s and Women’s Track & Field and Cross Country Lincoln Memorial University – Athletics Location: Harrogate, Tennessee Position Summary Lincoln Memorial University (LMU) is seeking a Director of Men’s and Women’s Track & Field and Cross Country to lead and grow a competitive, student-centered program. This role is responsible for planning, directing, and developing all aspects of the program while mentoring student-athletes and promoting both athletic and academic success. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage all aspects of men’s and women’s track & field and cross country programs * Instruct student-athletes in sport-specific skills, techniques, and competition strategies * Recruit and retain student-athletes aligned with LMU’s mission and standards * Promote a
