The Head Coach of the Carolina Dance Team, reporting to the Associate Athletics Director of Marketing, will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations, performance preparation and overall development of the dance team. Will ensure that the team maintains a high level of excellence in technique, performance and community engagement, while also overseeing the administration, operational and recruitment aspects of the program.
