California State University, Bakersfield (CSUB) is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as Director of Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving. Reporting to the Director of Athletics or designee, the successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and oversight for all aspects of the Division I swimming and diving programs. The Director will establish and execute a clear vision aligned with the mission and values of the University and the Department of Athletics.
