Individual will be responsible for leading Southwestern Community College’s Men and Women’s Wrestling programs including the recruiting, coaching and the overall direction of each program within the athletic department.  The director’s primary role in the 2026-27 academic year will be recruiting to field a full team for the men’s and women’s programs for the following academic year. Roster numbers will be communicated through the athletic director and dean of student services. The director of wrestling programs will be responsible for directing a camp during the summer months and assisting with all Southwestern athletic fundraising activities.
