Bridgton's soccer program, in alignment with the Academy's Mission, aspires to develop young men into mature, independent, decision-making student-athletes who are prepared for college and beyond. The Head Soccer Coach will be engaged across the whole campus, serving a vital role in the admissions office, classroom, or college counseling, depending on the candidate's strengths and experience. The Head Soccer Coach is responsible for a year-round program, managing coaching staff, and game scheduling. Responsibilities also include all aspects of leading, coaching, recruiting, presenting, and, in partnership with the College Counseling Office, placing student-athletes at academically, residentially, and athletically appropriate colleges and universities.
