Candidates must be able to teach proper technique and skill development in various aspects of volleyball. Candidates should have a complete and thorough understanding of the sport and be able to instruct student-athletes in small group and one-on-one settings. Candidates must have the ability to organize and direct a comprehensive NCAA Division II volleyball program. A thorough understanding of the demands and requirements of a successful volleyball program at the college level is essential.
