Head Women's Flag Football Coach
Job Summary:
The head coach is responsible for leading, developing, planning and administering all aspects of the women’s flag football program supporting student-athlete success both on and off the field.
In this role, the head coach is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the program and maintaining an exemplary student-athlete concept. The head coach creates a positive team culture, emphasizes skill development and sportsmanship, ensures compliance with league and institutional policies, and collaborates with athletic department staff to promote the growth and visibility of women’s flag football.
