Concord University, an NCAA Division II institution and proud member of the Mountain East Conference, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Head Triathlon Coach to support the University’s educational mission through strong leadership, athlete development, and long term program sustainability. This fulltime, 10 month position is responsible for recruiting and mentoring qualified student athletes, fostering academic success, and building a competitive and culturally positive triathlon program. The Head Triathlon Coach will oversee all aspects of a Division II program, including training design, competitive strategy, program administration, budget management, and compliance with NCAA, MEC, and institutional policies.
