Responsible for leading, managing and administering all aspects of the women’s volleyball program in accordance with NCAA, conference and university rules and regulations while: 1) creating an atmosphere where graduation is facilitated through participation in intercollegiate athletics, 2) teaching student-athletes to be productive citizens who contribute to society for life, and 3) winning championships. Traditional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 1) coaching effectively in practice and competition, 2) energetic and engaged recruiting, 3) promoting an atmosphere of compliance and student-athlete academic performance, 4) scheduling and budget management, 5) fundraising, 6) program organization, 7) teaching life skills to student-athletes and 8) engaging the university
