Luther College seeks a dynamic Head Women’s Volleyball Coach to lead the program, develop student-athletes, recruit talent, and foster a competitive, positive team culture. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides leadership, instruction, and mentorship in the personal, academic, and athletic development of student-athletes. Directs and oversees all aspects of the women’s volleyball program, including planning, organizing, and coaching. Collaborates with the Director of Athletics to establish competitive schedules and manage team travel. Supports student-athletes through academic, disciplinary, and personal advising; engages with campus partners and faculty as appropriate.
