JOB SUMMARY: The Assistant Coach for Women's Soccer will assist in planning and directing training of student athletes, assessing individuals' abilities and skill level to determine appropriate team position, as well as assist players in reaching highest athletic potential possible through athletic training and leadership skills. They must be familiar with NCAA rules and regulations and familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within Women’s Soccer. This individual will rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
