JOB SUMMARY This position oversees all aspects of athletic training and sports medicine. MAJOR DUTIES Schedules all employee coverage for events as well as scheduling doctors’ visits and outside coverage when necessary. Assesses overall program effectiveness and makes recommendations for change to Athletic Director. Provide treatment for student-athletes and appropriate communication to head coaches regarding treatments. Responsible for maintaining required documentation on all athletes which may include delegation of this task to the Athletic Trainer(s). Oversee sport practice sessions and provide routine and emergency treatment as necessary. Perform administrative duties for the athletic training program including, but not limited to: recruiting and supervising staff,
