The University of Northern Iowa seeks applications for an Assistant/Associate Strength and Conditioning Coach starting in the spring 2026 semester. This position will primarily be assigned to support football but may assist with or be assigned to support other teams as needed. A defined career path exists for the strength and conditioning coaches. Based on experience, the successful candidate will be hired into one of two levels of professional opportunity: Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach or Associate Strength and Conditioning Coach and will have the opportunity to progress through the career path by achieving defined performance objectives once employed.
