Lebanon Valley College seeks a dynamic and visionary Head Men’s Volleyball Coach to launch and lead its new men’s volleyball program. This position works typically August through May (10 months) and reports to the Director of Athletics and offers the opportunity to build a program from the ground up at one of the region’s most vibrant NCAA Division III institutions. The head coach will shape every aspect of the program—from recruiting the first class of student-athletes to developing a culture of competitive excellence and academic success. The team is anticipated to begin conference play in spring 2028, though this timeline may adjust based on recruiting progress.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, master’s degree preferred, a minimum of five years of collegiate coaching experience (head coaching experience preferred), a proven record of recruiting and developing student-athletes, a strong commitment to inclusion, belonging, and team culture.
