Wittenberg University is seeking applications for a Head Coach for the Football program. This is a full-time, 12-month position reporting to the Vice President and Director of Athletics. The Head Coach will lead all aspects of an NCAA Division III Football program. Essential functions include, but are not limited to: Recruitment of student athletes. Hire, mentor and manage all of the football coaching staff. Oversee and manage the football budget, and operate within budget constraints. Coordinate all expenditures and commitments with division leadership to ensure fund approval and availability. Administer and lead every facet of the entire football program. Plan and lead practices. Develop and lead strategies and prepare the team for competi
