The Head Women’s Rowing Coach is responsible for leading all aspects of the women’s rowing program, including recruiting, training, and mentoring student-athletes to achieve success on and off the water. This position requires a commitment to fostering a culture of excellence, sportsmanship, and academic achievement. In addition to coaching responsibilities, the role includes administrative duties supporting the broader operations of the athletic department, which will be assigned based on the candidate's experience and strengths.
