The Associate Director will oversee the football unit and provide academic support to students, primarily on the football team. The Academic Support Program for Student-Athletes provides academic support and assistance for student-athletes. The Associate Director will be a member of a professional staff under the supervision of the Director of the program and will have responsibility to coordinate and/or supervise programming and oversee assigned academic counselors, and contribute to the management of the academic center. The Associate Director acts as a representative of the Director and the ASPSA and, in doing so, communicates and makes decisions reflecting the direction set forth by the Director.
