The Illinois State University Athletics Department is committed to academic and athletic excellence as it prepares today's student-athletes to become tomorrow's leaders. This position directly contributes to that mission by directing and coordinating the management of intercollegiate athletic events. This position is responsible for planning, organizing; staffing and managing assigned intercollegiate athletic events and activities; and serving as Director of Championship events. While the position is primarily focused on athletic event operations, it also provides support for key facility functions, including operational readiness and safety. This position plays a critical role in delivering high-quality game day experiences for student-athletes, fans, and visiting teams. It oversees all g
