Rocky Mountain College, founded in 1878 as the first college in Montana, is searching for a visionary leader to serve as Athletic Director. The successful candidate will be an effective communicator, leader, and manager. Extensive experience with recruitment, retention, and financial aid are required, as is a compelling track record of successful community relations and resource development. Additionally, they must prove capable of ensuring regulatory compliance, particularly at the NAIA level, and exhibit an understanding of the unique challenges faced by small private colleges. As with any member of our community, the athletic director must support the mission of the College and champion the College’s strategic plan, while being a collaborative partner with institutional leadership
