HEAD COACH JOB DESCRIPTION Job Statement/Summary The Head Coach is responsible for managing all aspects of his/her team. The Head Coach is responsible for the organization/implementation of practices and games as well as the recruitment of players each season in accordance with NAIA rules and regulations. Head Coaches must make prospective student-athletes aware of all polices and procedures in the University Regulations and the Athletic Handbook. Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Position: ? Instruct student-athletes in all aspects of the designated sport ? Responsible for all aspects of research, content and preparation of academic teaching methodology relative to the specific sport ? Responsible for teaching and demonstrating to student-athletes the comprehensive safety me
