Serve as Assistant Varsity Coach of Softball: assist with the development of recruiting plans; actively recruit and evaluate prospects; conduct recruitment visits; conduct recruitment competition evaluations; Recruit per NCAA Division III (National Collegiate Athletics Division III) and UAA (University Athletic Association) regulations; assess prospective student-athletes' skills/abilities and prepare written elevations of prospective student-athletes for Head Coach's review. In consultation with the Head Coach, assist with the development of practice plans, strategies for upcoming contests, and player skills and conditioning programs.
