ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: •Develop and implement year-round sports performance programs for men’s ice hockey and one other team to be assigned. •Design and implement recovery strategies. •Coordinate rehabilitation with the Sports Medicine staff. •Create short and long-term goals with coaching staff. •Communicate student-athlete’s progress with coaching staff. •Perform various administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Sports Performance. •Assist in the yearly budget forecast for the Sports Performance Department •Oversee the Sports Performance Department Internship Program. •Directly supervise sports performance sessions for assigned teams as well as assist with additional team workouts. •Oversee the daily operations of the weight room (cleaning, equipment storage) •P
