Summary Of Job Duties The Director of Women's Track & Field/Cross Country Operations serves as an assistant to the Head Women’s Track and Field/Cross Country Coach, assisting with the overall administration of the women’s track and field/cross country programs. They will be responsible for coordinating all day-to-day operations for the Women's Track & Field/Cross Country program, to include on-campus recruitment efforts, expense reports, communicating with student-athletes, coordinating team travel and logistics, practice calendars, academics, compliance issues, certifications, scholarships, etc. This position will also be involved in assisting with the management of home track & field/cross country competitions.
