Head Women’s Flag Football Coach (50%) Launch, lead, and manage the women’s flag football program in accordance with Bethany College, conference, and governing body (NCAA emerging sport) guidelines. Recruit and retain academically and athletically qualified student-athletes. Plan and conduct practices, training sessions, and competitive game strategies. Oversee team travel, equipment needs, and budget management. Promote academic success, leadership development, and personal growth among student-athletes. Serve as a positive ambassador for the program in the community and with prospective students.
