Wilkes University invites applicants for an Head Men's and Women's Swimming Coach in the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics. This is a full-time, 12-month administrative staff position reporting to the Athletics Director. The successful candidate is responsible for administering all facets of the men's and women's swimming programs including recruiting, practice and game management, player development, supervision of assistant coaches/interns, and academic monitoring. This position has additional game management responsibilities within the athletic department. A Bachelor's degree is required and a Master's degree is preferred.
