Job Summary: Under general direction of the Head coach, the Assistant Men's and Women's Cross Country & Track and Field Coach will assist in all aspects of the cross country & track and field programs, including the planning and execution of practice and games, recruiting quality student-athletes on a national and international level, and administrative duties as assigned. The Assistant Men's and Women's Cross Country & Track and Field Coach ensures that student-athletes, recruits, colleagues, alumni, and the community will be treated with dignity and respect and that all aspects of Department work will be accomplished with the highest professional standards.
