The part-time assistant coach reports directly to the Women’s Swimming Head Coach General Description of Duties: a. Assist in developing and maintaining a women’s swimming program that is competitive within the conference, region, and Division III national level. a. Assist in the development and implementation of safe practice plans that successfully prepare student-athletes with the fundamentals for success in the sport of swimming. b. Knowledge to understand best practiced skill instruction and conditioning for various season phases. c. Conduct video analysis breakdown, as necess
